The second annual "Professional Development Day," held on January 5, 2018, was a tremendous success. In total, 1,100 faculty and staff registrants participated in the enriching workshops . Gloria Ladson-Billings, esteemed American pedagogical theorist and educator on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Education and researcher at the Wisconsin Center for Education, was our dynamic keynote speaker-- an event that drew an audience of more than 200.
