In an engaging and interactive presentation, Professor Betsy Stoutmorrill introduced Albert Bandura’s Theories on Human Agency and Social Cognitive Learning to interested faculty.

Through examining their own agency, faculty learned how they could infuse any learning environment with tools that encourage students to take control of their own learning outcomes and alter their own paths toward graduation.
