Additionally, we closely guard student privacy rights as mandated under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and we ensure our networks are kept safe from cyber security threats.

In support of these principles, we provide employees robust compliance training to help maintain a safe and secure College environment.

Enrollment in Compliance Training

• Compliance training is required by the College for all employees and third-party contractors.
• Upon hire, the employee is enrolled in Compliance training and receives an email with instructions to complete the training.
• Employees have 30 days to complete the training.
• Refresher trainings must be completed every 2 years for sexual harassment and FERPA, and every year for IT-related topics.
