Student Success Certificate

Overview

The Student Success Certificate will help faculty and staff broaden their “sphere of influence” by developing connections and employing resources to provide holistic supports to students helping remove academic and life barriers. Each of the Certificate’s workshops has been co-designed by one faculty and one Student Services staff member.

  • Completion Requirements

    To successfully complete the program, the employee must:

    • Complete 14 hours of required courses
    • Complete at least 2 hours of job shadowing
    • Participate in cohort discussion on Teams

    This program is cohort-based and applications are accepted at the beginning of each Fall term.

    We provide a verifiable and secure digital credential for this certificate completion, symbolized by a badge that is sharable with career networks. The digital badge serves to signal achievement to current and/or potential employers; to motivate engagement and collaboration; and to build upon and formalize identity, reputation, and value within educational and professional communities.
